Le Syndicat est administré par un Comité composé de deux délégués titulaires ainsi que de deux délégués suppléants, élus par les conseils municipaux, pour chaque commune adhérente. Cet ensemble collégial (40 délégués) délibère sur les différents sujets abordés lors des comités syndicaux.
